HGV & Auto Electrics NI provide a mobile electrical installation service. Based in Newtownabbey just outside of Belfast we can supply and fit all manner of electrical components and upgrades to commercial vehicles including HGV Vehicles and Vans. We specialise in the installation of CCTV Camera systems, London DVS Left Turn Systems, Inverters, Lightbars and all forms of lighting modifications.
CCTV camera systems
Our CCTV Systems backed by Vanguarder - Vehicle Tracking & CCTV has given us an excellent MDVR package that can be tailored to your needs. Our most popular setup provides you with a huge 1TB SSHD (solid-state hard drive) which can provide up to 30 days of continuous recording, a seven-inch monitor and left, right and forward-facing cameras with a 150-degree field of vision and infrared night time visibility. Protect you and your fleet from liability and have the evidence you need at hand.
Lighting modifications
If you want to make your vehicle stand out from the rest, look no further. We specialise in supplying and fitting all manner of upgraded and additional lighting from Lightbars, Strobe Lights, Beacons, Work Lights & many many more. Recently striking up new contacts with Kelsa & Xtec along with LA Distribution we can supply to you a whole range of different options to really make your prized vehicle a head-turner.
London DVS Left turn systems
We have installed many different London DVS Left Turn Systems from many different manufacturers. The Durite system which we have settled on is the most versatile with the ability to silent the external speaker and more importantly the interior alarm. The monitor will still be active with side sensors on the system not completely disabled. Very robust and with a 2-year manufacturers warranty at no extra cost. This system can be combined with our MDVR or CCTV System to give you peace of mind with up to 30 days of continuous recording.
Inverter installation
At HGV & Auto Electrics NI, we take our installation safety seriously. An Inverter allows you to have a 240 volts domestic electrical supply in a truck or van. With voltage and current this high, we insist on high-quality inverters that are rated correctly with the correct size cable and fusing. We can also supply split charge relays and leisure batteries depending on your requirements. Inverters allow us to charge our power tools, power a microwave or kettle. Charge and power our electronic components as well as televisions and all other types of electrical appliances.
